SUMMARY:Helpless Friendships: The National themed night
DESCRIPTION:Picture yourself any given Saturday night. Maybe you thought that you’d rather stay home\, but your friends ask you to come out with them. Now you’re in a club\, and you’re drinking\, and they’re playing the latest pop songs and everyone is dancing like it means something to them\, but even if you’re trying as hard as you can\, it means nothing to you. \nThis is a night out for all those people that have found themselves standing on a dance floor. This is a night out for those who find themselves in sorrow and terrible loves. This is a night out for the graceless. \nJoin us in this secret meeting at the basement of the Partisan. There will be drinks\, soundtrack by The National\, prizes to be won and a piano. \nHelpless Friendships is a non-profit initiative born out of finding ourselves wanting to put on our headphones in a club to feel less alone. Entry is free\, but we suggest a donation of £2 to help run the cost. Any profit will be donated to mental health charities.\nMeet us on Friday 29th of September in the basement of the Partisan Collective from 10pm for this unique night out. \nAddress: 19 Cheetham Hill Road\, M4 4FY (Right behind Victoria Station). Please note the Partisan is an old building that is currently being remodelled\, therefore there is a lot of stairs\, and the moment is not disable friendly. We sincerely apologize for this. \nDress code: Come as you are\, but turtlenecks are appreciated. \nhttps://www.facebook.com/events/471731529876722/ \n \n
